Emery Morales is located in the United States. By submitting your data through our website, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of your data. Depending on the use of third-party services, your data may be processed, transferred and stored outside of your country of residence. SECTION 6 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and Shopify Universal Applications. Shopify stores your data on secure servers behind firewalls. If you choose to complete a purchase through our Shopify store by paying directly, Shopify stores your credit card data. This data is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once the transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a collaborative effort between brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that our store and its service providers process credit card information securely. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your data, you acknowledge that: (a) the Internet has security and privacy limitations that are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through our website cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for the loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration of such information; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with by third parties while in transit. In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your data under our control may have been compromised, we will attempt to notify you. If you have provided us with an email address, we may notify you by email, and you consent to our use of email as such notification method.
